Nice motor!
I be curious about what you think about those rubber knee pads on the fuel tank?
One more thing - does that sail on the rear slow you down by 35 or 40 kpm???
1olbull, Im hoping the pads stop me scuffing up the paint, i also have the centre pad to stop jacket zips scuffing as well.agree on the number plate it's UK standard size. i used to run a 7x5 on my roadking, thinking of getting another for the R3.

Never have scuffed my tank paint with my knees so, I must have much shorter legs than you (29" inseam).
I be kind of liking the look of those rubber knee pads.
Are you saying that sail plate is not required over there?
Wanted to ride Britain ever since watching Ewan McGregor's "Long Way Round".

Sail plate is required but you takes your chances, Ive never run a standard sized plate and never been pulled. I think the cops here are more interested with the Rossi wannabe brigade and micro plates that cant be read.
