I hope you made a typo with that 170/70R16 because it lowers the rear axle over a quarter inch from the OEM 180/70R16. :eek:
This would increase trail and be counter-productive to improving your handling, especially at slow speeds. :laugh:

Hi Olbull...No typo.. been riding it's been great. The reason I went that size is now both tires are the same diameter. The rear was supposed to be higher?
If so when I change the forks I'll drop them a quarter?? Hey you didn't tell me if that is really your bike in the pic?

Your choice, Amigo, but have you pondered just why the OEM sizes were chosen?
If it feels good to you, is what counts most.
