I have about 8200 miles on my bike what is a good price for the service. I live between 3 dealers and they range from $380 to $650 and is it vitale you do it right at 10,000 miles. My bike is 3 years old and I do have the extended waranty.

I'd go with the cheapest, if you don't have a particular one you like.
I think before it was time though,
I'd make the rounds and introduce myself to the mechanics at all 3 dealers,
and see which one I felt most comfortable leaving my bike with.
IF and thats a big "if" all the techs seemd equally qualified,
then I'd go with the cheapest.
be sure to do a 12 minute tune after you get it back,
cause they will download the latest tune,
unless you specificly tell them not to,
and they usually don't get the 12 minute tune thing...

350 is all i paid for my 10000 mile service here in tn and i have done most of my 20000 mile service myself will be getting ready to take stb r3t in for her 10000 mile service in bout another 1000 miles if the valves dont have to be adjusted u should not have to pay more than 400 at most

I'll bet thats where the price difference is .... the single most expensive part of the 10k is the valve adjust. If that were left off, the price would be in the $300 range easy.
You might want to ask about that if you go with the cheapest.
