what are the values for other two cylinder for compression?

This is the one I used. The other two cylinders have an air pressure of 8-9 kg.
 
Could you give us more information on your situation- the bike, what happened to lead you to doing a compression test.
When I started the car, I heard an unusual exhaust sound and the instrument panel light came on. The computer detected the fault code P0068. I touched the exhaust pipe and the middle temperature was very low, so I concluded there was a problem with the middle cylinder. Test results: The compression value of the middle cylinder was 0.

Un huh- what kind of "car?"
 
A leak down test will pressurize the cylinder. Air escaping the intake tract could indicate a leaky or bent intake valve. Air escaping the exhaust can indicate a faulty exhaust valve. Air escaping the crankcase breather can indicate faulty rings or piston. Air escaping around the clutch cover usually indicates aliens in the clutch. ;)

The new Rockets have decompressors. These keep the exhaust valves open before startup to make turnover easier. I suspect that might be the case here. This drove me crazy when I was first checking valve clearances, as some were waaaayyyyy to open. If the cylinder in question is in position for the exhaust valve to be be closed while running, but it is not running, that valve will be propped open and that would give you zero compression.

you saying that you got 8-9kg.

did you mean you got 800 to 900kpa ?
kilograms per square centimeter is the Japanese stand for measuring pressure. The conversion rate is 1 Kg/cm2 to 98.0665 Kpa. So basically 1 kg = 100 Kpa for a rough figure
 
Probably easiest to buy a cheap borescope and have a look. You can diagnosis compression ring problems by adding a few drops of oil to the cylinder during the compression test, if the pressure increases then you're losing air past the rings because the oil compensates for the wear. But an unusual exhaust noise and zero pressure suggests a bigger issue such as a broken or damaged exhaust value. Sorry.
