Well I have done it again. After selling my R3 for a Tiger - I instantly missed the bike. The final straw was the depreciation of the Tiger ( loosing £9000.00 in 2 years) I found a GT for sale and bit the bullet.
Nearly parted with my R3GT and went for Tiger 1200. I know - already had a word with myself, the outcome is - not parting. There is no other bike with the stance of the Rocket.
Just to say that the factory tour at Hinkley is well worth a visit. Will do a full write up when I have the time. Here is a pic of R3 with cut outs on display....
General question - the Rocket 3 2020 tools supplied with the bike are let's say - poor. What do you carry on your bikes for that " just in case " moment? Post pics of your recommendations
Can anyone answer this - how is your rear tyre wearing and how many miles have you covered? I heard a rumour that they are wearing down really quick, is this a fact?
