Throttle Cables Binding?

I would guess that you could move the bottom cables down more and gain twice as much on the top as I have and would still be good on the adjuster.

In my opinion, if your cables are somewhat free and not pinched.... when moving your throttle grip from off all the way till just off idle( just taking the slack out of the cables, You should be able to watch the cables get tight and then slack off) Have someone rattle the throttle while you watch the far ends of the cables at the throttle bodies......the cables will never be smooth and free if they are too tight...
