2025 rocket 3 gt
Hello,
Just wanted to see how many other people are experiencing the no start issues on their fairly new rocket 3 bikes?
Just bought a new 2025 gt storm. Put 600km on the bike only to get stranded at a gas station. Once I filled up, I tried to start it and it wouldn't even crank.
Had it towed to the dealership. It was found that several wires have been melted and fused together starting with the starter solenoid wire among others that they are looking into. They said they need to contact triumph to ask how they want to proceed with this warranty. A new wiring harness may be needed as this same issue happened to another person I watched on YouTube. He needed a new tft and wiring harness. This is so disappointing as its brand new! I don't think ill buy another triumph again.

Hey, man – that’s really awful to hear, I can’t imagine how frustrating that must be, especially with a brand new bike. Fingers crossed Triumph gets it sorted quickly and you’re back on the road soon.

For what it’s worth, I have a 2025 Rocket 3 R Storm and haven’t had any issues so far – currently at 3 500km. Hard to say if this affects only the GT version or a specific production batch. Hopefully it’s not a broader Triumph screw-up, but so far I haven’t heard of more cases.
Good luck sorting all quickly

My brand new Rocket 3GT spent over 6 months of its first year in service. Get used to paying full coverage insurance on a lump in the shop. After three recalls and numerous brake bleeds, replacing ABS modulator, more bleeding on their machine, and now the front brakes are crap also. It's hard to love a bike that is so much trouble and untrustworthy to ride.
Enjoy your Triumph.

Wow, thats just awful. You hear stories of some people with no issues and then you hear stories of people having problems from the get go. I don't get it. What year is your bike? And what was finally done in the end to resolve the issues on your bike? I feel like they should be forced to buy it back and give you a new bike if issues happen shortly after purchase.
