How many members have Tribal Orange tins?

Please clarify "lost G-Man and Todd". My gosh did they pass away? Oh no......I'm going to get David's email/phone number from Jim. We keep in touch.

Yes, sadly Gary was diagnosed with cancer while recovering from his crash with "Gracie" or soon thereafter in 2009 I believe.
He was hardcore for sure and surprised all of us by showing up at Fontana Village in NC in 2010? as everyone was signing a get well/miss you poster.

He had gone off his chemo treatments to build enough strength to make the 850 mile ride there and back to Long Island. That is pretty bad ass!!
He passed soon after having fought a good fight.

One of my fondest all-time memories was riding with him through a long tunnel and our Jardines synchronized to create a harmonic resonance that seemed to
float ahead of us and surround us. We just smiled at each other in amazement.

I've actually tried unsuccessfully to fully reproduce that reverberation effect with other people.

Todd passed last October at the young age of 68. I believe it may have been cancer as well. Horribly, his son died 11 days later in a car accident I think. His wife Anne
was in Tahoe (flew out) as well.

I sent her what few pictures I had of Todd and their other son who rode Todds old Guzzi on the trip.

Sympathies go out to her and his family in this hard time.

Todd is the bearded gentleman in the center and Gary is far right. Picture includes some misfits (LOL) we picked up along the way west.

I’m so sorry to here this lost my brother and Dad and a few uncles,
I really believe it’s all these growth hormones and preservetives in the food.
Now I go to small farmers, food more expensive but way more tasty.
For example my dog would not eat the cheap eggs at grocery stores For $4.50 or less but I go get fresh eggs for $9.50 so much tasty and my dog will eat them, as well as salmon my dog won’t eat that from Costco but now I go get it from a small fish market whiled and my dog will eat it, so that needs to say something.
We pay more but my wife and I are enjoying our food much better.

Very nice I also like the black engine. Here’s is mine I like the orange on the Rocket I think if it wasn’t a special order they would have sold more.

Rocket 111 Special Edition 2006
- Monochromatic/Tribal (Mulberry Red CS. P/N T3120400-CS) (A9708068-ZCSE)

Checking the Triumph Accessory Catalogs the 2006 Mulberry Red - Tribal only VIN Up to> 281465 and Caeruleus Blue - Tribal only VIN Up to> 281465 were not even mentioned in 2005, 2006 (the year they became available) or 2007, by 2008 the non standard colors were not even mentioned at all as I suppose they had a big range of 'Classic' colors available to satisfy most.

Only Orange Tribal was, but strangely I have seen Blue Tribal and Red Tribal locally but never an Orange.
From 2005 Catalog

## All painted accessories are available in Jet Black (PG), Cardinal Red (CL) and Graphite Grey (LC). Other colours may be available.

That is Trevor Waldron's bike in the UK. He is on the Triumph rocket 3 pilots world wide owners Facebook group. I can message him to contact you if needed.

I've never seen those radiator shrouds on any bikes except in Triumphs pictures. I don't think any were installed on the limited pre-configured tribal bikes sent to dealers.
Update: I found a photo of an '05 that sold last summer for US$7,000 with the Orange Cowl Kit AND matching Corbin bags ($$$). And, another in Reunion France with the Radiator upgrade. Not really a fan...

Also, US Comedian Jay Leno was given a 2004 Rocket 3 by a California Triumph dealer for marketing purposes and I
believe it to be an Orange Tribal but I searched far and wide and can't find the original articles or any pictures of his R3 (one of 117 cycles - many of them collectible Triumphs). Can anyone confirm that?

Someone also stated that there was a Grey Tribal used by Triumph during the 2004/2005 MC trade shows. If so, that would be THE rarest tribal paint scheme delivered by Triumph (maybe its the one used on Tapeworks web site??)

Pics of the rare Red and Blue Tribals and a custom Red with Gold tribal decals (Bling, Bling but I like it ).

I like all the special edition paint jobs,Does this mean since they never did two many and only for two years there worth more money?:) because harder to find because there less

So very sad about Gary and Todd. Fine gents they were. A)most too difficult to grasp.

And yes, back on topic. Love the flames and the tribal. The large size of the Rocket tanks really lends itself to customization.
