    I wired mine in the headlight to one of those little 194 bulbs and no problems except for the **** tall trees and rock walls on the south side of the road :roll:

    I cut mine off 3 inches back pulled the 2 back baffels out put the tips back on sounds GREAT with cat bypass 8)

    We were doing 130 two up loaded with luggage on the way to Tahoe on my classic smooth as silk 8) But I do have a cooper zeon 225-50-16 on the rear instead of the metz :wink:

    I just stuck it to the tank with the magnetic base stays put at 100+ 8)

    I went inside of the back of the headlight and tapped into the little 194 bulbs power it only works when the key is on.

    Mine has been in the shop for a month now having the upgrade kit installed :roll: I called last wed. they said parts have arrived will get it in shop next couple of days should be able to pick it up this sat. 8)

    Your best bet is to use a relay wired to the battery with at least a 10 amp fuse and use the smaller existing wire for the trigger wire on the relay. I use the low beam wire for the trigger wire so my running lights only come on low beam.

    I must say I was quite concerned about the handling at first just felt a little strange. But as I weaved around abit to get used to it the corners were feeling better all the time :lol: Within 20 miles I was doing 80+ around some good corners and it felt rock solid I think the new 440...

    Just put mine on last saturday as Captan Rich said slight rubbing but no longer cables or brakeline required just rerouting 8)

    Bloody seat lock jammed.

    Mine did the same thing I used a small cable tie to hold the cable in place and haven't had a prroblem since :lol:
