Women On Motorcycles!

Recently saw a rather comely young woman in red and white racing leather on her Yamaha R1 at Newcomb's Ranch on SR2. I'd sooner be playing cat & mouse with a gal in the twisties than having her add her 100+lbs to my power/weight ratio and handling considerations.

The need for speed is NOT gender specific.

When i first started riding bikes in the 70s there were hardly any lady riders only pillion...But now it's great to see more and more ladies getting into riding bikes.

Jeepneys, I loved riding from sari-sari store to sari-sari store for cold San Miguel in jeepneys. Well, truth be told it was riding from Olongapo to Subic City and stopping when the beer was empty. That was more than you would think. ;)

On the thread subject, my wife's hairdresser rides a nice old Road King, and can out ride most guys that try to stay with her. Of course they are also on HD's.
