Windshield Bracket Covers

Removing the windshield and brackets from a GT leaves space where the brackets mount. There are decorative bits that fill that space on an R.

I can't find the part number(s) for those covers. Anyone know?

 
are you referring to the stock GT screen?
They're the same ones that should've been on your GT windscreen. You reinstall but without the windshield.

I'd gotten a MadStad to replace the OEM. After some experimentation, I realized I'd rather just have none at all. So I sent the MadStad back and left the OEM off.
 
I think the GT screen benefits or not depend on how tall you are. On my R I got a lot of “dirty” air at the 120kph (ish) and up speed which translated to buffeting. But the stock GT screen seems to make that same airflow smoother so my helmet isn‘t bounced around at the same speed. Much beyond those speeds it’s crap, screen or no screen…
