Seems to hold a gear if i hold the shifter in place. Thanks for the help guys

made it home. Wha Hoo, the bike is in the garage. I want to say thanks for the tip from Idk to keep pressure on the shifter while moving through the gears. Put on 1500 miles after the tranny started falling out of gear. I guess its time to order parts and start tearing the bike apart.
