What lift is this?

Hi,

I inherited this with my R3R. Anybody recognise it? The 13mm pins won't fit the 8mm holes in my frame. I'm not keen on drilling out the frame; if I got the pins reduced would they be strong enough?

Older frames up to/through 2008 had 13 mm holes where your 8 mm holes are.
This one mounts permanently, so goes where the bike goes.

I turned down the pins to 8mm on my lifting brackets for my 14 touring. They hold the bike fine
