What is the correct method for adjusting the throttle bodies

The Triumph manual is fairly vague, there are two adjusting screws, one between 1&2 and one between 2&3, which throttle body does each adjusting screw control and does opening the throttle raise or lower the reading.
 
Just did this myself on 2011 Rocket 3 Roadster following the simple guide in this members signature information

This method requires software called tuneecu running on a PC or Android phone and OBD II cable. The PC software was somewhat flaky or the drivers thing is a real PITA so I opted for the Android version.

Cylinder 1 the front most, the screw between one and two is for cylinder 2, the screw between 2 and 3 is for cylinder 3. Balance 2 and 3 to cylinder 1 while warmed up engine running while monitoring with tuneecu; or vacuum tester?
