I installed my Pod's today and with the current "Going Green" movement I found a use for the old plenum. A multi function drink holder. Flip will probably make one out of stainless steel and make a fortune. BTW, there is plenty of room for ice in the bottom.

Anyway of covering your new drink holder with the bearclaw
My filtersx3 should be here by Monday or Tuesday so Sir Flip said.

Dave,

The claw actually went back on with no problem what so ever. I put the rear bolt in first, finger tight, the front one next pushing up and in on the claw and no problem. Tighten and away you go. It is a great time after all the plastic is removed to coat all of the connections you couldn't get to with electric grease.

I do like that color, matches my helmet and jacket.

That's great, George!

A side comment about the old school Triumph chopper in the back of the picture. RoadHouseCharley and I dropped by George's last Sunday and George fired up the chopper. Talk about music! It sounds really cool.

Speaking of sounds, the 3 of us need to get together again and record our exhaust notes. Charley with his Stock pipes w/ cat bypass, me w/ my Staintunes, and, of course, your Jars. We would need to track down someone local w/ TORs and we would cover most of them w/ the notable exception of Pred's.

It's only music if you're not 7 months old and/or trying to nap.

OK, time for the third 12 minute tune of the day. She might as well get used to it in this family. I have been searching the want ad's. This should be just about right at around 3 years old. You don't want to start them too early.

those things still fetch $1000-$2000 depending on condition. I watched one on ebay snag close to 3k restored.

the CRF 50s are cheap in comparison.

My child is partial to V4s anyway.
