Its not about have the power to reach Warp 9.9 its about having the ability to warp the space so you are lighter then Protons and thus not having to deal with such a large increase of Kinetic energy and the molecular stress on the mass you are trying to increase the speed on

My elderly parents' black holes gaseous emissions easily exceed Fart Factor 10 multiple times a day. I cannot say it makes them or their black holes move any faster but the emissions gas velocity and associated aural shock waves are beyond measure. Is that the same thing?
