It looks to be a Kiwi based company.

I'm looking at them as a source for my wife's Speedmaster.

The company has been trading in the UK for donkeys years. Have never owned any of their products myself, but have never heard any bad press either.

It looks like a quick system to mount and dismount. She will have a solo seat on the Speedy with a pack rack on the rear fender. This looks like a good support for the pack as well as a spot for a duffle bag on the small tail rack. It will also serve as a tie down spot for the saddlebags. After the trip, it will all come off quickly. Looks like a good system.
