MT is beautiful, desolate and free -
The winters REALLY SUK!!!
Me thinks ID would be closer to a climate that Jose's used to.
 
I would like to do a small Dixie styled biker bbq joint where I feed hearts and souls as Gr3two of put it so eloquently. It must be in a destination motorcycle. These Blue Ridge mountains are compact and swamped on weekends.
