Uk cam chain fitting price

Just wondering what sort of ball park price would i be charged for having a cam chain(guides?) fitted and checking the valve shims ?

I'd guess 3 hours at a dealer to start.

havnt taken it apart yet im just assuming they might need replacing ,when the cam chain is replaced do the sprockets get changed as well and the cam adjuster?

unless the sprocket teeth are chewed away they wont need to be replaced. the chain is also fine once its within service limits
(see section 3 of manual specifically 3.10 & 3.11)

when you say cam adjuster i assume you mean the cam chain tensioner?
also is it just valve clearances you're taking it apart to check?

The cam chain ****ed im up to 26mm on the tensioner and its rattling,so ill be getting the shims checked at the same time and just wanted an idea of the most expensive outcome

If i was you I'd make sure I had the latest model tensioner guide blade ordered in to be fitted anyway (sounds to me like the tensioner might be eating into the blade too. regardless ot is a good idea to have the latest model blade in) and have a new chain ready too.
While having it apart I'd strongly consider either the APE manual tensioner or warp9.9s semi manual stock tensioner mod. Either way it may worth considering warps tensioner blade shoe to protect the blade (definitely if the tensioner is already boring into the blade)

Btw if you cam sprocket teeth are chewed not only will I eat my hat ill send you my spare sprockets to save time if triumph will take too long
