Troubles and havent even had first ride

Hi Karl,

Been following your thread and sympathise but on the bright side as you say you've learnt loads.

I can't remember every twist and turn and know they are mainly around fuel and tps. Have you considered the plug leads as they can breakdown under load or changing out both the plugs and leads?

hi Blackthou

i havent considered the plugs and leads at the moment, as i was hoping these were checked when it had its big service about 3 weeks ago. i am going to do the other checks first so that i can count them out and i will know where i stand when they are done. i kinda dont wont to just change them at the moment as i have brought lots of parts over the last two weeks but at the end of the day if the bike still does the same thing then i will have to trouble shoot further. :)

Karl, You can just check them by making sure the leads are a good fit on the plugs and firm in the coils etc.

Here is a pic of the TB with the little caps and injection rail fitted.

put everything back together bike is starting no worries runs for 2 seconds at low idle then stops, but she kicks over really easy now compared to before. we went to do the tune and the cable cant read the ecu tried different ways but it wont read the tune. im going to remove the software from the computer and reinstall. we where getting a bit of back fire. by barely moving the throttle it would keep going but high or low reves and trying to die each time.
