Was trying to get a laugh out of ya. I work for a trucking company. Thats just an old saying around the shop. Lots of muscle and hard work changing one. Al

I have been looking at tire changing set ups also, just bought some spoons. I would rather do the work myself and know that everything is just how I like it. Have a set of avons for my stratoliner and the local shop wants 75 bucks to mount them. Doesn't take too long to recoup your money at that rate. Got my ninja back after a back tire mount once and the nuts on the back wheel chain adjuster where in the wrong position. Does not give me a lot of confidence. Probably will drop 500 plus as I want a nice set up as I want it to last and not to have to get another set up.

Isn't there a mark on the tire that shows where to mount per stem?

I take my wheel and tire to local hispanic tire vender and it cost 10$ for removing old tire and puting on new one. I always take some balance beads and have him drop them in the tire, works great.
