At $500 + they'd want to be good , considering you can get a Classic seat for $160AUD ..even cheaper in the US i'd imagine.

Yes it is GOOD news for the Touring crowd. Looks GREAT, feels GREAT and if you buy the fender bib the transformation is complete. LOVE MINE.

Thanks for posting that link. I needed a tank bra with a pouch. As far as the seat goes it claims to be lower and further back than stock. From owners of the Venture I remember most saying the Mustang seat was real comfy but pushed you further forward. I figure if I lose 10 lbs I would sit lower anyway.......

Since I already have a stock seat with the Utopia back rest and the Triumph road seat too, im pretty well covered.

I'm their biggest fan,i've had a Mustang seat on my Roadking going on 15 years and it's still as comfortable as the day i bought it. I hounded them in 2005 about making them for the Rocket and they were adamant about not dealing with Triumph for what reason they wouldn't say. My guess is they probably thought back then the Triumph Rocket III was going to take the same route as the Edsel..They have a manufacturing building in Western Massachusetts,i'll have to stop by and hound them again.. glad you found this article.... Maybe if enough of us call and inquire about different seats for the Rocket they'll expand their inventory...800-243-1392....... 9:00AM-5:30PM...M-F eastern time.

Those tank bibs are awesome. Great, now you've cost me at least another $100. Thanks for the heads-up.

I like that it's a solo seat too, and coming back one inch on the seat might not suck either.

So, Mustang or Corbin? I've been looking at the Corbin solo with red stitching, would probably look great on the bike.

Edit: awesome, they actually have a reseller in Europe with only slightly inflated prices. May well be I'll give the Mustang a whirl.

I ended up buying my tank bib from All Things Triumph. While the Mustang bib looked good I preferred the factory product. Matches my windshield pouch.
