Switched power problem

I am not getting power to my headlights. Checking my EB fuse box I have no switched power. The constant power is fine. I have the EB headlight relay. Im not much good with electrical stuff so looking for help on where to start chasing the problem down.

Do you get the gauge sweep and fuel pump prime when you turn the key to on?

Likely a ground or positive terminal problem> Make sure the contact points are clean and tight. There should be two relays so if both are out its a common.
