Curious, has anyone used a swingarm lift (like a pitbull) on the rocket? Would be nice for cleaning but I’m not sure it’s feasible with the beast. Thoughts?
My thoughts are that type of lift is very limited in function. With my conventional bike lift I can raise my Rocket from zero to 15" or so high, or anywhere in between, with both wheels off the ground. I can spin it around in a 360 degree arc and move it in any direction if need be. Granted I need more room to maneuver the lift into place under the bike. For the prices I am seeing for swingarm lifts I think I could buy a very nice deluxe conventional lift. My 20 year old Larin lift still works great and only cost me 89 bucks or so at Sam's club(Walmart) back in the day. I suspect Harbor Freight has good ones in that price bracket today. However, I am sure swingarm lifts have their uses for a Rocket, I just don't have enough imagination to know what they are.
