I bought my Rocket III Classic to ride up to Sturgis. This my 3rd trip and I wanted something that was not a black Harley. Already spending money. Found a gel solo seat that feels great. Anyone else heading there? Going to be there on the 3rd to see George Thorogood.

As already noted, that is one gorgeous bike.

I'm envious of the trip, and others too, I imagine. I do hope you keep this thread updated with tales of your travel - photos a big plus.

The best thing about the Sturgis Rally is always the awesome scenery and roads.
Be sure to spend a couple days riding ALL the awesome roads in the area!

I rode up there in 1975 on a brand new Norton Commando 850, haven't really had any desire to go back. Maybe one more time before I die and it is not during the rally. Have a good trip and a great time.

You're going to want to get a pillion seat for that. In a sea of Black Harleys, that bike's gonna pull more trim than Bob Vila!

Happy painted ladies - what's not to love ?

Sometimes employed in Europe during commercial shows as an attention getter.

And there's an ongoing lawsuit in nearby (to me) Ocean City by a group of ladies (Breasts are Healthy) saying rules against bare-chested women should be illegal creating a separate class. There was an initial ruling against the plaintiff saying that was not accepted in the rest of the United States, and here is living proof otherwise.
