Stuck gel seat

I have an 05 the seat will not come off. Itried the screwdriver not too sure if I was hitting the sspring latch but no luck. I was able to use a close hanger a pull on the cable from both sides but still nothing. Can't see why this is happening

mine was stuck
i came under the left side and it helps to hit in the center.
is it a single or dual seat
helps to have a helper
i just hooked the cable and yanked
i added an electrical wire to the rear seat latch so i could trigger it first.
would it help if i post a couple of pictures?
