Has anyone replaced their factory stock dual head lamps for a single lamp? Would be interested to find out what you changed it with, pictures, and any other useful information. Considering doing this to my own Rocket for fitting of aftermarket fairing with stereo.
Thanks

Yes m8.. I hav done this, not hard to do at all.. Seperated the lights, kept 1 complete, pulled the other apart and put the wiring under the tank, made a mount for the light and bolted it on..
That extra headlight is just unnecessary, isn't it? And it means the Rocket doesn't look anything like almost every Harley, Victory or Jap cruiser. Do away with it so you don't stand out. No one wants to be distinctive.
What about that annoying 3rd cylinder! Who needs it?
Makes you different from every other Rocket that isn't a Touring I guess.
Hey, I have no doubt that if they had single headlights there'd be people putting twins on. I actually really like that bike that TC was referring to above. But taking one of the most "different" bikes there is and trying to make it different by making it the same as 95% of bikes isn't something I'd do. Giving it three lights as Skip has done is at least keeping it different. Whatever floats your boat though.
