I did not intend to hijack the fun of STB Snow Mowing but it seems that we need a thread for muzac for the troubled (us). I am pleasantly amused by the depth and breadth of our brethren's musical backgrounds. You can burn me anything you like Rainman, I'll buy a stack of blank CD's.

Savoy Brown, Brian Auger and the Oblivian Express, Rick Wakeman, and on and on it goes. I was just jammin to the Allman Brothers and Stevie Ray on my MP3. It's my escape when weather prohibits a Rocket ride. Looks like a roll on it Sunday to church.

Purely subjective, Skipper. Don't get me wrong... I love SB, but both bands could play the blues. I just think that the Peter Green years of FM had a bigger, rounder, more expansively lyrical sound. A few more of my SB faves:
