Those roads and the surrounding country look near identical to those I used to prowl regularly up in NoCal in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mtns in Butte County.
Here are a couple local roads I'd ride on all the time back in my college daze. That Honey Run was a very narrow, steep road with tons of twisties and BIG dropoffs... definitely not for the faint of heart!
Bidwell Park was the second largest municipal park in the whole country when I attended Cal State, Chico back in the seventies. It was far more beautiful than the videos could ever portray. The original Robin Hood movie with Errol Flynn was filmed in Lower Bidwell Park in the 1930s.
