Does anyone know if the new quickly removable sissy bar. I need a sissy bar for my wife but would prefer to get one that is easily removable.
What do the rest of you use for a passenger backrest?

When I first saw "sissy bar" I was thinking of this bar in San Francisco that is frequented by liberals. Glad you cleared it up for me.
I use a Corbin backrest that fits/inserts behind my seat or my passengers seat. You can take it on and off in just a minute or so.

:-D
I like the naked look of the bike without saddle bags or sissy bar but i still like my vife more, so i need to find a solution, i'l check out Corbin.
Thanks

If you go the Corbin route it can get very expensive. They make a good product but overcharge. Just go to their website as they have tons of seats and backrests. If you check out the price tag on the Beatle bags be prepared to crap yourself.

its heavy, and no passenger will think its comfortable.. did I mention its really heavy, was one of the first things I ditched off my bike when I bought it used

The Corbin looks as if there is less room between the rider and pillion than the triumph seat. I gave a lift to a 120kg mate of mine the other day and his belly didnt even touch my back.
He was a Harley man but reckoned it was more comfortable than any roadking.(he smashed his bike and has been getting rides with others until his new ones here)

I've asked the swedish distributor for Corbin for the swedish price, and guess, it's $1100 it's twize the price compared to the US price. Thats the way all those gready rats here in sweden do business.
