I wish I could say the same for the Michelin Commander II 140/75/16 front tyre It is a fantastic handling tyre and allows me to attack the twisty stuff even harder than I did before but it is going to be lucky to see 6,000km and unfortunately not a very good tyre to have on the front while towing a trailer, a wider footprint 150 tyre is better suited on some of the rougher country roads but was fine on the smoother Hume Hwy
In hindsight I should add that I may have had a bit extra weight bias on the draw bar than usual and this could have been partially to blame for the handling issues I had on the rougher roads.
Even thou it is not wearing as well as I would like I have to say it is with out doubt the best front tyre I have had on the Rocket and would happily put another on but am going to first try a Dunlop Elite 3 next
