Hope you heal well. Surgery sure is a blast. Follow the therapy too. They know what they are doing. I had my right knee replaced 2 years ago. It was hell the first few days then the meds kicked in.....Made therapy kinda sorta a breeze. I plan on having my left one replaced next Jan.
I can't tell from your avatar pic whether you have a back rest or not. If not, you should get one to take some of the g's off of your arms when accelerating.
