Sounds like you really need to take a look at that clutch.
Make sure it aint over adjusted first. It sounds very similar to manual a car when the clutch thrust bearing is on its way out.

Pretty sure its the clutch mate, yer just gonna have to go in there and have a look.

Yeah, I'm with the guys. Something is misaligned or worn out in the clutch. Get her checked out.
