Running rough in lower revs

I also get paranoia when i notice subtle changes LOL but nothing wrong with it, so far so good

Seems normal to me as well. I'll have to listen to my bike later although I have a tune so it may be different.

Thanks! I'm actually wondering if that specific sound is even noticeable in the video. It's a low-pitched "boom" that occasionally comes through the otherwise smooth exhaust note while holding a steady throttle.

It's much easier to pick up with headphones, especially around 0:40–0:45. Almost like an extra exhaust pulse rather than a sharp pop.

I'd be interested to know if yours does anything similar, even though you're running a different tune.

The spark plug boots are notoriously hard to fully seat and can definitely cause some intermittent ignition issues.

Actually, three of the spark plug boots weren’t fully seated when we checked, so we carefully pushed them all the way in. However, the popping noise was already present before that, and reseating them didn’t seem to make any difference.

It sounds completely normal to me. That low-frequency popping sounds like it could be the normal popping that the muffler, well, muffles.

That's exactly the sound I'm referring to. Between 0:40 and 0:52, you can hear it once or twice, but it's really subtle and much easier to notice with headphones.

Everything sounds perfectly smooth, and then there's an occasional, random low-pitched "boom" that almost sounds like a mild afterfire. That's why it caught my attention and why I've been looking into it.

I'm not saying there's necessarily anything wrong. I'm just trying to figure out whether this is normal behavior for these engines, especially while holding a steady throttle.
