No. The middle cylinder had zero compression.

You probably have a hole in piston or broken valve.

A leak down test would narrow it down.

If you actually have zero compression it isn't going to do a leak-down test. Something is broken.
Do you hear a leaking head gasket?

I don't know where to start checking, and I don't hear any leaks.

what are the values for other two cylinder for compression?
