I wrecked my rocket in sept., but now found it on a auction site in a town nearby. Price is low because i really slid it down the highway. Would have to get it approved with the wife but i might buy it back or at least try. Auction is dec. 4th. price is 600 bucks right now. Don't want to pay too much, parts i feel it would need would be new radiator, tank, front and back turn signals, could go led. one of the foot pegs was snapped off, local shop could weld another on. Also the shift linkage looked banged up. Parts to take off(destroyed)--engine guards, corbin bags and windshield, tank, turn signals. Would have to visit paint shop at some point but getting it running and working would be first. I am assuming that it would be rideable after these things the triumph shop thought it would take 10k to fix it, i feel more like 3k. Take a look yourselves and tell me what you think- at copart (triumph rocket 3 2005). Thanks Bill. Even if i get it i could take my time and fix it here and there, i do have my Suzuki c109 to ride for now.
