Rocket III Touring bike grips

Hello everyone!

I would like to get some nice grips for our new Rocket III Touring SE.

I would also like to get something like a Throttle Boss to give my hand some comfort for longer rides.

What are you people using and how do you like them?

How easy/hard is it to replace grips on the bike?

I have Kuryakyn Iso Grips and throttle boss. They're a bit thicker than stock and very comfortable. Throttle boss is a bit small but does the job. Got mine on eBay for around $80.
