Rider leg exhaust heat

Sounds lean to me.

Do a search for CES exhaust or Carpenter exhaust... you think your leg is hot now....

One thing I noticed, and don't know if it applies to you, is when I installed RAMAir, removing much of the air plumbing including the air funnel under the seat, I noticed an immediate heat increase from warm air over the engine flowing under the seat.

Otherwise, after having melted holes in my mesh pants from touching the down pipe, @mully95 showed me how to install a heat shield that took care of that problem.

So, ATGATT helps.

I did similar when my Cordura pants touched the pipe. Self Adhesive Aluminium coated Fibreglass Aeroplane bulkhead film - riveted down the corners. Honestly it looks like crap - but works. You show me yours and I'll show you mine

If you get stuck in traffic on a 90 degree day, nothing's gonna save the right leg from roasting.

Like others have stated, it is not because of the TORs.
