Hi Guys:

My Rebands arrived a few months ago and, while you wouldn't know it by the snow all around, we're actually getting close to riding season up here in north USA. Hopefully I'll have the beast out of storage in a few weeks.

I love the look of your rebands sans heat sheild, Boudreaux, but from reading others' experiences, its sounds like that would be a real leg scorcher. Is that your experience? I was thinking I'd have some heat sheilds fabbed up, but I'd probably save the money and just go for the wrap if that reduced the heat enough. I live in the city so slow or stop and go traffic is not uncommon for me.

The wrap didnt work on mine wrapping them all separate from one another. The pipes accually touch each other. Others have theres wrapped. I dont believe they are all the same. Yea they are hot in traffic but not bad if Im rollin . Im thinking of trying JetHot and recoat them. If that doesn't work I dont mine wearing a lower leg chap.
