Just was looking on the 10 day weather forecast and it's looking great partly cloudy mid to upper 70s, it actually looks better than it did last year

Rain has never stopped a few of us from riding at Maggie Valley in fact the harder the rain the better the ride.
Well mines a queen I guess
I thrashed my 05 and almost got a wheel chair
My 08 has 2958 miles on it and is show room new
And call me a wimp but it's my pride and joy
I have five other bikes to abuse
Granted I will ride , but riding in the rain is not my favorite thing to do with my nicest bike
It literally is show room new !!
And when I ride it I don't beat it like i did my 05 well I still beat it ! But rain is not my favorite , it's like snow.
My 05 taught me the limits of them , the dumb bit(h that pulled out in front of me taught me life is precious .

If rainman there its going to rain. I rode with the pack rainman was leading last year and it rained some.....not a lot. lol

Looking at the weather report on my phone it looks like rainman is showing up on Monday
Thunderstorms till at least Thursday
Other than the motorcycle museum what is there to do in Maggie valley other than to chill and relax and drink?
Noting wrong with that at all don't get me wrong but if it's thunderstorms and crappy out for three days
That rocking chair is going to get wore out along with my liver

You are right outside of one of the most visited national park and in the middle of a vacation area plenty to do ... the lobby will be full of pamphlets you wont be able to see it all in a week.

Take lots of pics before you leave for MV. Lots of pics. I think we are taking some of the dirt roads again. See who can make it across the mud hole the fastest. Then there is the tar hill challenge.
