I'm working with Steve on a lunch offering for Sat or Sun at the Historic Tapoco Lodge. Hopefully, one of our scheduled rides can be adjusted to allow for a group lunch to stop here. www.tapocolodge.com It is located 2 miles south of the Deals Gap Store on US 129.

My wife, Karen, and I stayed here last Labor Day weekend and were really impressed with the property and staff.

They are preparing a sample menu that I'll post here when ready. The request was to accommodate 30 people but they can handle up to 120.

The Slickrock Grille is their informal restaurant located on the basement level in what used to be the carriage house. There is a large patio outside where we can dine by the creek.

A few years ago the Lodge hosted a Triumph event and they were treated with a new Bonneville that is on permanent display inside the Grille.

They also sport a large covered motorcycle only parking shed.
