The main point of doing an RAA in the mid west is to make it more feasible for you west coast guys to meet up and have a great time with us. Personally I felt like you guys were being left out.

Without making any kind of commitment, how many of you west coast people would be interested in attending an RAA ???

That would be me . . .

We rode through Utah a couple of years ago. Beautiful place. We got some directions from a gas station attendant about a really pretty highway to get to Mexican Hat. He didn't mention the highway ended at the moki dugway (google that name). I didn't know it had a name until I saw a show called "The 10 worst roads in America". It was pretty exciting two up on a fully loaded Rocket as it is loose gravel ! We missed the Valley of the Gods where they filmed all the old Westerns as it was getting dark and we hadn't booked a hotel ahead of time. I'd love to go back. I loved Colorado too so that would work for me also.

I would love a trip to Utah, I can make that in a couple of days. Colorado would be a little longer, but still close enough. Like others have said though, a Colorado meet would have to be done in the June to July time frame.

Not sure why ya'll are sayin' Colorado should be June to July...you can spread it out a lot more than that and still get into the mountains. And if ya'll come here, I'll throw a big ole party at my place for everyone.
