In case anyone wondered, the rear "mudguard" (fender, if you will) is a stock item from a 765 Street Triple.

I'm curious what modifications were necessary to fit this fender? I really like it. I put on the Lamontster Garage eliminator, but if you hit the smallest wet spot on the road, you get a wet skunk stripe up your backside

Welcome back Dave from a former Rocket x 2 owner. Both have passed from me, having outgrown me. The last one, a beautiful Touring is now in the possession of a close friend and riding buddy. I get to sit on it his garage whenever I get lonesome. My Army son has my 07 that I rode to the Lake Tahoe Salvo. What a great time that was as I'm sure you will recall.

If my memory serves me correctly, a rare thing these days, you sold your bike rental business. It's good to see that you got one of the 2.5 liter Wonder Beasts.
