I ran the bike with the stock air intake system totally removed and it ran great. It still had stock pipes and a stock fuel mapping. The only difference was the secondaries were programmed to 100% open, and also physically removed.

This is how I had it set up when I shipped to to have the "TTS air filter" installed. In other words, it had NO AIR FILTER WHATSOEVER. I do not recommend this, but it sounds like you are putting the 3xK&N's on. I only ran it for a couple of miles without the filters. It sounded mean and it ran great.

As for the TTS Air Filter ... it is probably the best performance upgrade you can get. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I think IDK was just joking around, because the TTS Air Filter goes onto the intake to the TTS Supercharger Kit. It's quite possible that it is the turbine and the forced induction that provides the performance boost rather than the actual TTS Air Filter. :shock:

There are group buys announced here and at other Triumph forums every so often and will score you a pretty serious discount. Otherwise, you can do what I did and just order one. Just google "tuneboy" and you'll find several sellers. I got mine through www.newR3.com.

Thankfully, it was at the peak of the AU dollar, and I paid right around $500.00. You'll save a few coin now just due to the conversion factor.

As for the TTS filter, I noted that above. Its part of the TTS supercharger kit. It's sold out of the UK and if you are working in US Dollars, things are going the wrong way for you. The current price (from the link below) appears to be 3.5K quid. That might include VAT however which you would not have to pay. You should contact TTS via the link below, but I would guess that you are going to be looking at somewhere around $6,000.00+ with install.
