Popping in exhaust

Does anyone know anything about air being injected into the exhaust system ( for emission reasons ) if so how is it done and where.
I am thinking if this can be located and disposed of the popping should stop.
I wait in eager anticipation... :?:

I know Honda uses a pair valve on their V-twin engines that do this but have not heard of it on the Rocket. But if there is it needs to be removed.

I am sure this is a big factor in the popping in exhaust,i know from past experience with H D's and various Brit bikes it has always been caused by air leaks. I am sure their is some sort of air system after exhaust gas has left the exhaust valves. From what i am told this sort of forced air system is used on some other Triumph models, and would explain a lot.....
I have only bought my 111 last week and am just starting to look at the tuning side of things;;;;; YOU CANT HAVE FIRE WITHOUT AIR Me thinks. :?

All i can think of is it is what i would call spitting back, this can be caused by the feul air mixture being to weak/lean and is what most likely set someons air filters on fire. UNIFLOW or whatever they are called.
Not that thats something you have to be concerned about. But i would think about checking that mixture thing out.....

I have asked two different mechanics at two Triumph Dealers and they seem to think there is but they aint sure.
And i find that quite scary, after all they are the ones who work on your sled
Anyways i am convinced AIR is getting in there somehow.
AND IF THEIR IS IT SHALL BE BANNISHED.................................
