Just did 70 miles, to the VA clinic, the Diner, and back home. VERY hot down here in SW Florida!

Make sure you stay hydrated. My SUV said 98F on the freeway on the way home @ 4pm

And no, the fob wasn’t close. I have my antennae hidden inside the bike so you have to be within 3-4 feet to activate

Mine would be dead after a few days sitting. Never on a trip where I rode every day.
Here is what I only recently discovered after several years with the keyless.
When I exit the motor and am ready to walk out of the garage I click my remote.
Shortly after that the red light goes off. Been doing this for a month now and NEVER a dead bat!
DO not know if this is correct or what, but it is working well for me so far.
