ignition switch unless you intend to do the eastern beaver relay mod right off.
extra TPS
extra clutch lever
extra brake lever
extra clutch cable
might want to consider an extra mirror too.

that should get you through the first 4 or 5 years
and a few tip overs.

I would carry a spare radiator to waterpump hose. That is one of the Rocket's Achilles heels. Someone tried to knife mine a while back: I was lucky and they didn't cut deep enough.

I carry a spare in my bag now. It's unusually shaped; bigger at one end so you'll be in a pickle if you try to substitute it with something else....

..ha ha..that's funny..cause that's a Victory thing for sure..you don't need no stinking clutch cable, or anything else except a full tank of gas and an open road...let the good times roll..
 
planning big trip will be carrying a soldering iron and a toggle switch just in case
