Engine Stacks!

Where I live its not all that dusty, it would take years and years
of running open like this to damage anything....

Hmmmmm

Cheers

Nice. It still needs some kind of cover at the base.... maybe if these came up out of the bearclaw?

What's the price?
Will it work with the 2008 R3T?

Juggs,

Thats what I was thinking, I wonder if they sell that can seperatly?

neat looking, but not really practical on the stacks, but hey, Ive seen older bikes runnign them alright,

I have enough pollen in my area that my tires turn colors this time
of year so filters for me!

You could always sandwich a coffee filter in there. Should keep the pollen out.

I agree on the overflow can. Much better than others I've seen. If I could get that separately I'd lose the bearclaw and leave my K&Ns exposed to the world....

Edited to add:

Just sent them an email asking about availability of the overflow. We'll see.

Rain occurred to me, imagine if it sat in the rain for
awhile... :)

I've been thinking to investigate fixing the bearclaw to the motor
rather than the tank. Need to fabricate some support brackets.
Just some rubber cushions then between the claw and tank.

You could probably then cover up your stacks or K&Ns and not
worry about rain etc....

Got a quick reply from Raask. They don't sell the overflow by itself, only as a four piece set. $260 USD plus $50 USD shipping for the whole thing.
