And a few rocker cover gaskets by the sounds of it. ;) :(

Could be worth investing in a NOS one if it is that much trouble to get them to seal properly, afterall I have 4x R3 engines now.

I just bought a NOS T1260224 one from an Aussie eBay seller for Au$120 (US$86). I have been watching it for 9 months or more and have bought $1000's of stuff from them over the past year or two. They had advertised it with the correct old part number T1260224, but stated it was for later model R3s but when I checked the photos it appears to have the old groove and is listed by Fowlers UK and was replaced by the later version T1260383.

How my Rocket is not leaking oil right now is beyond me. The gasket is pushed out to the point where the ridge in the center of the gasket is no longer under the cam cover in several places and a Couple spots it is almost completely pushed out.

So are you going to wait to see if it leaks again before installing your new old one or are you offended by unsightly bulges, human or otherwise? ;) 🤔
