Life's a Beach
Just back from a weekend away with 12 other bikes. Kicked off at Dayboro and over Mt Mee. Criss crossed the Bunya Mts, stopped for A class pies at Black Butt, lunch at the Kaimkillenbun Pub, over night at Cooyar Pub pig on a spit night. Home through Crows Nest and then down through some killer twisties past Lake Perseverence and on to Esk before cruising down the western side of the range to cut over Mt Glorius and back to Bris.
Most memorable moment was passing the MT109 on corrugated dirt leading into a 60km/h right angle corner and exiting in a full on power slide in 3rd and could have reached over and touched MT before snicking into 4th to ride the black snake at full throttle 120km/h and leaving him in the dust before backing off for the next cnr.
